I would like to bring to your attention that your community support staff person Rodney Laws worked exceptionally hard on a mutual case. Rodney
was extremely dedicated to providing excellent care to this case. His professionalism and commitment to this client is worth mentioning, he most certainly went above and beyond the call of duty to secure an appropriate level of care for the client and to support client’s mom through her reluctance to have her son placed in a higher level of care. Rodney’s involvement in this case made it possible for me and my team to continue to provide the client with individual treatment and group therapy in our Juvenile Sex Offender group with the reassurance that Rodney would have him placed at the residential program in a timely fashion. He managed
to do just that and more. It was a pleasure to work with Rodney on this case and I look forward to sharing future cases with him."

Do you think your child's behavior or emotional challenges have improved since we became involved with your child's life?
"Yes. My daughter is in school now and she loves it. Her mood swing has improved. She has a better attitude when she knows Community Support Staff is coming. She looks forawrd to Community Support Staff visit".
